Why not create a vote for the best player in each position based on the performance the past season?

E.g. best attacker would be someone having a really great season in both club and national team.

It should of course be almost impossible for a player not playing in the top league as the coefficient would solve that.

Other aspects as league difficulty etc. should be taken into account.

And then make a short list and have rocking soccer users vote?
