Could you please explain me how can I train my players. I'm at Guide 2 of 15 (The rewards of training) and my mission is to use points after the match my team has played and improve one of my players. I've played two friendly matches (yesterday and today) but I still can't use my points.

Is this a bug, or I need to play more games(e.g. 10 matches) to get one experinece point?

You have to go to Facilities ->Training Complex, and the tabs above you can train the goalkeepers, defenders, midfielders and forwards.

Yeah, I click on that, but I still don't have enough points to improve the skill of any of my players after two games I played

Are tactics also important for GK or only for outfield players?

Striker with high tactics will probably outsmart defender of same skill but lower tactics .

But since GK is only standing at goal most of times(if not all) when someone makes a shot what determines will he save the goal? Blocking or Blocking+tactics?

I guess that if the tacics of a keeper are higher than the one shooting he can deside afterwords, that's a nice thing. ;)
