Do we need tactics to be discussed secretly etc?
If yes the options
1>I m not sure if someone wants to create a "forum" hosted somewhere else maybe for free maybe somewhere like proboards or something for NT tactics discussions.
2>Use emails to do it
3>use in-game messaging to do it
4>Some messenger somewhere(would require almost all committee members to be on at the same time)
5> ?
And we can have the selection discussions out here

The other option of course is to discuss tactics in a thread/s here.

i think their possible formation 4-4-2 or 4-3-3...our defenders have to mark their main striker oltsburg well... :-)

Compare player just says how much skill each player has and displays the values next to each other.
It is not all that useful.

Use 4-3-3 its best & very effective formation

achyut kutty -was pulled out last week.
mike pal - there are younger better players
that mauricio botelho needs a lot more scoring spped to be a fw and lot more dueling/power to play SS

k thats exactly what I ll do 4-3-3. Which 3 forwards do you want to use? Which 3 midfielders do you want to use? Which 4 defenders are going to defend?

Its that time of the month again ----erm I mean when you can change your NT players....

According to current stats i will like to use the following players
Defenders : Lu Ramdhin Tapti stiff susarla as back up
Ram as LB followed by stiff/susarla then LU then Tapti as RB
MF : Vinnie , Naik , kwan SUBS: Long & Selvi

Forwards : Neeraj , Jiten , pavan Subs : Satyajit
