My next youth will be a ST. I'm hoping for a talent of about 7.5 for him. I really don't want to be in the position where I have a player who's talent is going to bankrupt me - which is pretty sad really. He arrives between the 8th and the 30th just in time for my FA5 that completes in just under 18 days.

Even 7.5 talent means a high wage eventually, especially if hardworking from what I've seen. Could hit $10m a week.

I had a 7.75 ST and he got to about $3m per week from memory. He didn't benefit from a good a training complex, but I'd be hoping that he would be under $4m. I guess I will see. Even better would be if he was loyal, but I will undoubtedly not be that fortunate.

Wow. This is noice!!! Play him regularly but don't use the EXP. Then, use all of his EXP at age 21 and sell it xD Edit: this is how you ,,cheat" on the wage bills

Er, that's wrong. For players at that age, it's experience earned that counts towards their wages and not what you have spent.

@Don-X I suspect that player has a lot of banked XP. I feel this is OK as we are constantly told that it is XP earned that counts and not XP used.

Looking at his total XP spent and projecting it forward to when he is 30, he inot even as good as a standard YA5 would be.

Something very strange going on with his squad though. 

The youngest player is aged 22, there has been no transfer activity since February and the youths are not getting promoted. It almost looks like he's given up or maybe has some kind of plan that I can't figure out.

It looks like he just downgraded to a YC10 and has not promoted his youths. Maybe he hasn't really played the game for a few months, just logged in.
