I'm still to be convinced of the usefulness of Versatile. My fullbacks are nomally already trained with Winger, Man Marker, and Correct, because it's a very easy combination that doesn't take that long to train. Longshots could be an option though.

That would probably be the most sensible thing to do, but my ideal is to get my first team packed with as many youth products as possible, since 
I'm not going to win the Dutch league any time soon... ;)

Check out season 50’s return for assists.

However, I don’t think I’d bother doing it on a normal YC10 kid, even one who has such fine attributes as yours. To my mind, you need high talent to pull it off. Otherwise, the duelling skill wouldn’t get high enough to make it work effectively.

For ‘normal’ players who play LB/RB, I sometimes add sprinter so they get back to defend if they wander upfield for a corner.

@Stephen: that's an impressive player and an impressive record. That would go some way to provide evidence for the usefulness of Versatile, although one should be cautious extrapolating from just one player.

Nice age.

I don't see the value in making him a keeper though, unless you need a youth keeper for a few seasons. By the time he's a half decent player your club will have outgrown him, so you'll probably end up selling him.  Keepers put on value fairly slowly so you won't make a good profit very quickly either.
