This surprises me, I didn't expect I would sink down this fast.
10 more games to make up 6 points to the Cebu Bulls... otherwise it's bye-bye.

Too bad, considering my youth team is kicking butt this season, for the first time ever (also much against expectation, year after year we're last or close to last).

It looks like it, but a season at the top of the second league might do your team some good, and give you a chance to fit in those younger players.

Don't put too much stock into the performances in the U21 League, because the U21 League should be seen as a tool to develop players. The most clear indication of the level of a youth team is the performance in the U21 Youth, and you lost to Davao Griffins in the QF. You are moving in the right direction, though, because it's clearly time to freshen up your squad.

Thanks. I know my play style is not the best for results, but I work by the following standard the last few seasons:

1. The best players play regardless of age (this might change in league 2 ;-)
2. All money goes into development of the club, not in transfers.

Then I just see where it ends.

The only way to play is what you enjoy most, right? :-) I also realize that I could be doing better if I put less focus on only getting Filipino youngsters....but this is the most fun for me. Good luck next season, man :-)

I've been here for near 3 seasons,I do lot to improve my team ,to make it younger and younger.But still lot work to do,the team age structure isn't continuously,the younger ones are still a little too weak.Well,it may gose towards better and better,just it,I'm very satisfied.
Even didn't ranked for top 3,I will still give more chances to more younger players in the league and not U21 games.My target is for the entrance to Aisa cup,and get into the group round in the future 2-3 seasons.
And then can make contributions to the Philippines league.

well,you are the big boss of our league,and flora nearby,the cofficient of the Philippines almost all gained by you two.I do sick for my poor perfomance in asia cup.

It will come. Just keep building up your team and things will get better :-)
