For all of 10 minutes I've known that I'll be a part of league 1 and I'm too excited not to start this thread! Having beaten Terriers 1-0 on aggregate in the playoff(great games, by the way. Heck of a team!) I'll officially be joining Glendale Bunnies as one of the new kids on the block in league 1! Good luck to all, hopefully I can stick around!
Just as excited as ranks39 to be here! Hopefully I can stick around for longer than one season this time and make a push to get into the North American League! Good luck to everyone this season!
Welcome/welcome back! League 1 is definitely getting really competitive. The FC New York Cosmos were a really good team and ended up in 16th place last season. The Talent Kids FC who have a lot of 7 star and 6 star players barely avoided the relegation playoffs, though the manager seems to have possibly gone inactive.
The United States is now in the semifinals. I think the next opponent will be Cuba in a difficult match, leaving Canada to play Honduras, which has surpassed expectations to make it to the semifinals.
The only thing I worry about here is the fact that it is so competitive! There is always someone looking to knock you out if you slip up too much. I have a few new strategies coming in this season though and hopefully they work out. I don't like bouncing back and forth between leagues!
I just noticed that 7 of the same 8 teams made the playoffs in the North American Championships. The only differences were that Trinidad and Tobago replaced Mexico and Canada advanced to the semifinals instead of Costa Rica (the other finalist from last time).
