Well...after quite anarchic season I try to ignite new one. Hopefully it goes better than previous one . Currently I'm not still sure, how previous one ended: was final one-legged or two-legged and who won as I don't know who checked for tiebreakers. Maybe finalists know it better. But if we have no enough interest, we can suspend it for a season too.

So first, RULES OF THE TOURNAMENT:

1. You have to organise a normal friendly match with your drawn opponent, but you can only line up players that are eligible for your u-21 squad.
2. It's allowed to line up 2 dispensation players that are no longer eligible for your u-21 squad, but the max strength with stars is 9★ ( example a midfielder of a age from 25 with a rating of 8,9★ is allowed, a midfielder of a age from 25 with a rating of 9★ is not allowed)
3. When a player is substituted because of an injury by a not eligible player, this is allowed.
4. Replays are allowed. In this case only the result of the replay will be counted.
5. The matches are friendlies. The home team will challenge the away team. The away team will accept and send me a PM with the matchlink. I will post it as soon as possible in suitable results thread on forum.
6. Tackling is supposed to be set to "easy". (This is not controllable but please be so kind to follow this rule so that you will injury less your and opponent's players.)
7. Managers who have a satellite club (so who have two teams) can sign up twice.
8. BY NOT FOLLOWING THE RULES AN AUTOMATIC 0-3 LOSS WILL BE APPLIED!

Second thing, TOURNAMENT DETAILS:

> 4  groups with 4 teams in them(it depends on how many players will sign). 2 best teams from each group advance to knock-out stage. Group winners will be drawn against runners-up of some other group.
> After the group stage, all games are knock-out stages with 2 matches on every stage (so everyone plays at home and away)
> On final stage, there will be also 2 matches  to avoid problems
> The match for 3rd place is optional

TIEBREAKERS:

* Goal Difference
* More scored goals
* Away goals
* Less red cards
* Less yellow cards
* Less red cards away
* Less yellow cards away
* Lower average of the average star value (U21 player value is average of the lowest star value and the highest one) of the players in the line-up from a match
* Lower average star value (U21 player value is average of the lowest star value and the highest one) of the players in the line-up from away match
*Other Tiebreakers established if need.

2) be sure that you will not jump to another team this season (there is some attraction coming in mid-season)
