You can select 3 attributes which you can exclude.

Well, to put it in simple terms, a player with 5.2 talent compared to a player with 4.95 talent will earn approximately +35,000XP in a TC10 with a 2xL10 staff. Probably not massive in the scheme of things, but I'd rather have it than not.
