In the UK, the government has now ramped up the measures. Everyone has to stay at home (except for key workers, buying food and medicine, and one bit of exercise a day). Shops selling non-essential items are shutting too.
Given I’ve been at home for a week now already (been out twice for food and the odd local walk), I doubt it’s going to feel much different. I think the situation is going to be reviewed in three weeks.
This feels like it’s going to go on for months.
@Stephen- I only started working from home on Thursday last week- have ordered a treadmill to try and stay fit and avoid going out.

Been working from home since last Tuesday, as best as I can because our I.T department stopped setting people up for remote access last Tuesday when we were all told to go home.
Fortunately I have a well equipped home gym or my waistline might expand to create its own permanent two metre exclusion zone.
