Hi,

Can someone share the best setting, especially the importance setting, for lvl10 YC to get best player for each position?

I currently use all importance with 1st one is always talent. 2nd is power for defender, endurance for midfielder, and speed for forwarder. 3rd and 4th are the rest.

Choose always random, this is not important cause they are too young and we can put him anywhere.

What would be the best settings for non-trainable skills in YA lvl 3?

you need better staff there, YA is your best facilitie, and place where from u can get some $$ ..  so use it best as you can. buy bunch of old cheap guys . and put 2 most talanted(8-10) and suited workers there( from 3 stars, mbe 2 if talent is max) ..  difference in price is huge between good, young 3lvl YA player from old random guy

best of luck!  nice club btw, just no point to keep best youngsters for to long, make them look good and sell.
