You have been told many times earlier in this thread that your currency is worth 10% of an RS dollar. So most likely you have $108 million.

Finding that kind of money takes a long time. It's a slow game.
There are managers who have been playing for over 7 years and are still a long way from building stadium 11. Besides which the manager who is in the 'Top 1' took over a developed club nearly 3 1/2 years ago and has managed to go from stadium 8 to stadium 10.
If you start with Stadium 10 and build Stadium 11 within a year you are doing fairly well.
And you focus on your fans by building your popularity.
There seems to be a lot of ongoing discussion and misunderstanding over something that "Barely takes a minute to adjust to every time you encounter it".
I wonder whether the Guatemalan currency is the same exchange rate as the Argentinian one...
