Speaking of: I've been using online forums for 15 years and I've never seen so many stuck-up weirdos that follow on-topic rules literaly, to the point of it hurting discussion and community interaction.
So, please, chill out. Talking about the potential effects of jumpers and how they screw-up good teams is completely appropriate in the "manager-free good team thread".
