Last time i pulled up a supertalent was one year ago and 29 players since than arrived in my club and none of them had a golden star talent.Is this normal?

- There is a chance of 1 in 25 that your youth center will generate a supertalent... you are guaranteed to get a supertalent if your last 30 youth players were all normal players.
The probability of getting 30 normal players in a row is 29.4%, so the chances of getting an ST at some point during 30 players is 70.6%.
If you've built any youth centre levels during that time then the 2 extra players won't be STs, so the probability of getting 30 normal players in a row would be slightly greater.
I was so confused by that last player:
- He wasn't promoted recently
- He's poorly trained and can't make up his mind if he's a keeper or a forward
Then I noticed that the club has had 3 different managers, plus a bot, since he was promoted. Maybe the bot did the training. Seems like a waste of a good player.
The latest manager has also left and rejoined twice in the last 2 days. If you don't mind telling us, why would you do that?

@Awful. Give him a break, he didn't promote the player and only joined the game recently, so may not realise this thread is intended for new players.

They do, but poorly.
The Help also says this:
- If you don't log in to the game for more than 2 weeks your assistant will slowly start using experience points to train your players.
So with an advanced club the assistant - which is also a bot - can potentially do a lot of damage by wasting the saved up xp before the manager gets sacked for inactivity.
I'm speculating a bit here but my guess is that the player was originally created as a forward. (His position xp is Attack 300, Midfield 8, Defence 31 and Goalkeeping 184.)
The original manager probably decided to train him as a keeper and started training Blocking and playing him in goal. The assistant then reverted to training him as a forward before the manager got fired for inactivity.
