There are no additional advantages to a level 6 over a level 5 other than the higher talent.

For clarity, you have a level 3 youth academy, not level 6.

So you seem to have posted the youth academy information from the downloadable spreadsheet.

The "new options" column is blank for level 6. It doesn't actually state that there are no additional advantages.

This may well be the case, but maybe it simply hasn't been finalised yet? Perhaps Vincent needs to confirm this.

I am assuming that there is no way that anybody would get a YA6 so there is no need to include an additional incentive.
