I've noticed that these players have no Employment history so haven't come from a Youth Centre. In any event the minimum Talent for YC1 is 1.25.

I'm guessing these players are automatically added to the bot teams when the squad gets too small.

@Numpty - you tend to see these sorts of players a lot when a new tier of bot teams is created in a league pyramid. They are just squad fillers as you suspected.

Well my other theory was that maybe Vincent was the real person on whom the film Twins was based; where his character, Vincent, was played by Danny DeVito. 

So that in this game every supertalent also gets a twin brother, but naturally they have an unequal share of the talent...
