Re train as midfielder (3)

Does it make sense to re train the above player to midfielder. he has a big talent and a nice special. And I currently have 3 midfielders and need to complete it 4 mid.
I have two other players I can also turn to defender's to complete my defensive line.
Special training will need more time but i dont see why not :) Just go for it , will be more useful i think
