Facility maintenance fees should be reduced during the transfer period (4)
With the improvement of building grade, the maintenance cost is more and more high.During the transfer period, there was no official match.Can the maintenance cost of stadium, fan club and catering facilities be reduced appropriately?
Ofcourse they can. You will just lose 50% of attendandes on first 3 home matches because everything is dirty or all visitors will get corona and you will play whole next season on empty stadium.
That is part of the management aspect of the game... you should calculate that you have a periode without income every season...
The maintenace cost are high as they are because there is to much money in the game. Mabye you could have build stadium lvl 11 before YA3 and TA3.
It's already been reduced. ;)
Due to an unfixed bug no-one pays any maintenance - or even wages - on week 52. You don't get any interest or sponsorship either but that's a small price to pay if you have high level facilities.
