these medals are important to footballers, hoping to see it one day.

Youth cups
Nationl team cup wins too..

how about players losing motivation, because they already has too many xx number of cup/league medal, thus getting penalties in any further game played in that comp. or because too many of your first team already looking for new challenge and lose motivation getting penalty in games.
though the situation my change, if 1, they lost a comp medal, 2. they get a transfer, 3. manager leaves. etc. crazy to type with old kind of abc buttons.
