Hi.

How do you get players with high talents ? On the transferlist you can find palyers with very high numbers - over 7 ?

I have youth academi level 10 and it says max talent 5 ??

you can do the following to get players of higher talent:

1. upgrade your youth centre to get a youth academy(much higher costs)
2. change your settings in the YC/YA to talent
3. Luck out with a supertalent

You might want to remove the staff comment though. TC staff may train faster but they don't give extra talent.

  I meant yc staff and they only increase fixed features(other than talent) so its my mistake

No worries. Thought you may have meant YC.

The other thing to add is that at the bottom of every player's employment tab you can find what level of youth centre they were promoted from. Thus you can work out the reason for their talent level.

(Also bear in mind that occasionally they may have been produced in a YC that was one level below the one they were promoted from.)

Some 7+ talents have apperared from YC10 or lower too, but they are really very rare. Most extreme case is probably legendary Pucciol from YC8 and talent 8.3 https://rockingsoccer.com/en/soccer/info/player-826576/employment

Meanwhile in Estonia is 9 clubs with YA3 and only one 7+ talent in NT currently, our record was 7.5 years ago. So, nothing is quaranteed.
