Who is your favorite. I bet on France.
England and France seem to have an excess of forwards. If either team is ready to attack with 3 Forwards on the pitch, they should win. But I assume they will both have at very most 2 forwards( and maybe a withdrawn forward) , which I think will mean Belgium Germany and maybe even Italy will almost have as good a chance as them of winning the C.
These days , top ciaches play with 5 at midfield. With 4-3-3 you.miss 1 or 2 players in midfield. 3-5-2 or 5-3-2 with wingbacks will be must common. Even Holland. I hope attscking football conquers the tournament.
First match had very RS scenario: after owngoal all defense will decompose completely.

I assume you're pretty confident of a win then? A defeat to them would be a pretty terrible end to the week!
I think we will have too much quality, so should win, but I'm just hoping for an entertaining physical battle.

Boring without full attendance

Referee was favoring England too much. It is sad to see how referees tend to always favor the big nations. Same happened yesterday with Netherlands-Ukraine.
Now Englands is a great nation and played well the first 30 minutes but in the end it seemed a draw would be most fair.
Not saying the referee made the difference between win and draw but mostly allowing the a different physical game for big nations which is really annoying and disrupts the opponents build up and focus in the game.
Did anyone see the 0-2 of Schick against Scotland..... great goal.
