Hello, i might not be the only one confused when reading posts on the forum. I just can't understand why there is no year writen next to posted comment. For example, i am reading Game changelog forum. I can see the day of the post, but i don't know, was it posted in 2024, 2018 or 2015?? Please do something about that, as current format makes no sense.
How posted date is currently shown:

Example how posted date should be shown:
Vincent de Boer >> 18.3.2024 - 13:10
I don't disagree.
But the year is recorded in the HTML so if you 'mouseover' the date it is shown as Sunday march 18 2018, 13:10
Not so easy if you're using a phone though.
Hi, when you hover over a date with your mouse, it will typically display more detailed information, including the year when it was posted.
Why hover over a date, if date could be shown more transparently? Plus, you can not do than over a phone...
The point is that it is a good suggestion.
But given that it's very unlikely to be changed any time soon - if at all - then there is a workable method for anyone who does want to find out the year.
It's not ideal but it's useful information for those who weren't aware that the year was in fact available.
