A lot of good (even great) players get sold to the bank because of the value to money mismatch, instead of just getting sold to the bank it would be great if they get reassigned to some botteams

In theory yes, but if you're a new team and bot teams around you suddenly got stronger and you didn't, you'd be peed off, so they'd need to make sure the players were spread pretty thinly across bot teams.

There are other big issues too -  it would have a major impact on the transfer market. 

The main problem is that bot teams sell expensive players to the bank for their in-game market value. They then use this free money to give random gifts of hundreds of millions to a few lucky clubs. It turns the game into a lottery and is very unfair to those managers who work hard at their finances but don't get the lucky sales. 

It's a major problem  that needs fixing and this suggestion would only make it 10x worse.
