It depends on the position. Power is useful for midfielders/defenders, and speed is useful foor attackers/keepers.

Based on your expirience, what is the best training schedule per position?

For example, defender has 3 ⚽️⚽️⚽️ for tactics..is it better to continue to train it or keep pushing on duel?

Tactics on its own is worth nothing. All tactics essentially does is decide which player is going to move first. If your defender has very high tactics then he may well have more tactics than the midfielder who has the ball. But if he has no duelling, then when he tries to win the ball he will probably make a foul. (If he has correct, he will likely do nothing because he will realise he will make a foul.)

Have a look around at the top teams and how they have trained their players. You will probably spot some patterns.

Personally, when I train a player I give them lots of main skill first. Then I slowly add some tactics to certain players. And for others I add next to none.

The best advice is: read the Help files. It has a lot of useful information in it

The real difficulty with answering questions like this is that there is no simple yes/no or right/wrong answer.

You're not likely to get many responses and even if you did multiple experienced users would give you a diverse range of opinions for training each position. There will be agreement on some things and not on others.

Some answers would be better than others and some will be misleading, but you simply won't know which is the best answer without further asking them to explain their reasons for what they do.  That's not likely to happen - and even the best managers can be wrong - so you eventually have to form your own opinion of what's best and which answers make the most sense.

You can't do that without putting in the time and effort to form your own opinions. Stephen has given you some good advice and I would highlight the following:

  • Have a look around at the top teams and how they have trained their players. You will probably spot some patterns.
  • Give them lots of main skill.
  • Read the Help files - and develop your own expertise on how the game works .
