With the current office level, I have the option to hire 17 staff members, 10 of whom can be assigned as managers. I have already assigned those 10, but I can't seem to place the 11th one in any of the facilities as an assistant... the only available option is to remove him or assign him as a manager.
There is no job of "assistant". They are either assigned to a facility or not. All the unassigned ones are 'reserves'.
You've already used up your quota of 10, so if you want to assign 2 staff to the same facility then you have to remove one of the assigned ones first.
Thx,i get it now...If i want 2 for the same facility,some of them will be without staff...If so,which are most important to have staff or which could be without?

The most common facilities for 2 staff are: Training, Youth, Catering, Museum or Construction Master.
The most common facilities without staff are probably Scout and Health Centre,
I have removed staff from 2 objects and succesfully transfer 1 of them to the one who already had a staff..But,i couldn't do the same for the other...I can only hire him for facility with no staff...What am i doing wrong? I have now 7 facilities with 1 staff member and 1 facility with 2 staff members...
Here are the rules and restrictions on assigning staff members.
You can't assign more staff members than the level of your office. Office 10 allows you to assign 10 staff members.
A staff member in the office will let you assign a second staff member to one of your other facilities. Only one facility can have two staff members, so you have to choose. You can not assign a second staff member to the office.
With Office 10 you can have a maximum of 10 facilities with one staff, or 8 facilities with one staff and one facility with double staff.
Changing and removing staff members
When you assign a staff member he will start working after 15 minutes. After this time you can't undo your decision until the staff member has served for at least one season in that position. If you change your mind after a staff member started working and don't want to wait an entire season you are allowed to fire the staff member, but in this case he will be removed from your club entirely.
It is, therefore, advisable not to rush into assigning and/or removing staff members until you are sure about your decisions.
