You can't assign more staff members than the level of your office. Office 10 allows you to assign 10 staff members.
A staff member in the office will let you assign a second staff member to one of your other facilities. Only one facility can have two staff members, so you have to choose. You can not assign a second staff member to the office.
With Office 10 you can have a maximum of 10 facilities with one staff, or 8 facilities with one staff and one facility with double staff.
Changing and removing staff members
When you assign a staff member he will start working after 15 minutes. After this time you can't undo your decision until the staff member has served for at least one season in that position. If you change your mind after a staff member started working and don't want to wait an entire season you are allowed to fire the staff member, but in this case he will be removed from your club entirely.
It is, therefore, advisable not to rush into assigning and/or removing staff members until you are sure about your decisions.
