When you get a message saying "player A is retiring soon" , how soon is the soon?
Click on the player and in Mamane's case, it says this:
Age 40year, 9weeks (40%)
Retires on june 28 2025 - 01:00

Can the player be saved if I turn him to a staff before the retirement date?
