I´m not a head community admin but I´m pretty sure you should not discuss alcohol in the forum as we have minors in the game. Now, best thing would be if you could delete your postings but if not I´m sure admin will.

Referencing alcohol is prohibited? That sounds astoundingly stupid. Last time I checked 7-year-olds know what beer is... And don't care about it.

Should team spirit also depend on the languages spoken by the players?

Team Spirit should IMO be based off of Nationalities, Languages, Time spent playing together...
What is actually the problem that have to be solved?
@Joost Maybe it will help in preventing randomness,as teams who are on a decent roll,should go on to win their future matches.
PS It will lead to an exponential rise in FRUSTRATION posts,cause teams who lose a couple of matches cause of bad luck,will keep losing....
