It would be a good thing, but I think it should be hard work for managers. I believe some old users deserve a second team.

What is your definition of old?
But second team will never goto non vip (3) managers, old or new managers,..
though I preferred some national team being able to accept non vip members who has spent 3yrs/above in the x country league, reset if move club or minus 2yrs in the manager moves to different country..
