Dont worry about him, you can get very cheap and much better players from market soon.

best thing to do,  is selling him to bank at some point. and dont waste any time on trainings

yes, ST player is nice.. keep building stadium and training facilities . YA till lvl 10 .

and buy cheap players from market,  few of them sell later .. 

you can get very good young players cheap ..

players like him, or even much better.. i can sell him for 5m rsd .

he may need corner stoppper and correct for DCB. or man marker , carrect for CB .

you may need 2nd worker on Training complex. or stadium, if needed .. 

many managers buy  young, cheap players, or players who are trained only in main skill.. 15-19y old ,with high dueling for defs (for examle ) then you can give some blocking, and tactics , and sell to bank for good price...

you can buy players for 5m rsd .. and after  season or 2  sell them for 15m.

if you want your academy team with some quallity , first you need 10 lvl or at least 9 lvl YA

If I were you, then I would sell him. There are cheap players on the transfermarket with more talent. They will grow in value much quicker.
