When the player plays part of a match you only get part of the bonus. If the player plays less than 5 minutes you get no bonus at all (but you also don't get a penalty).

And again... More or less equal match (until I lost both my DCB's to injury, who happen to be among my best players), but I still manage to lose 5-1... Two injuries to massive players... Great...
I might actually go down this season if we keep this up...
@joddit - You better upgrade your HC if you don´t want this to be your routine.
Training center increases the risk of injury, HC decreases. If that gap is too big, you will face more injuries. If you have set players to be agressive, that will increase injury chance even more.
Your injuries are bad luck, but they weren´t inevitable.
@Dragontao, you should rename your team to Borussia Dortmund. It will be very fitting to your form. Its all yellow.

Summary: I played without my 2 best mids, he played automatic 3-5-2. Still i was up 0:1 and 1:2 to finish at 3:2 in exactly last minute of game.
