im suggesting you to pick power and speed over talent in YA settings, and train defs.. + pick some nice attributes- tall, agrresive, athletic, intelligent, hardvorking, concentrated ...  you not gonna get valuable strikers and mids.. but with defs you can make more $$ , even with low staff .

Order of atributes in YA settings doesn't matter. They all influence the same no matter the order you choose. I thought you knew this.

I'm certainly not smarter but I agree with "v" that the Extra Importance criteria are all identical.

It's simply a case of understanding the meaning of the English. 

This is what it says under youth centre Training preferences:

• New players will get a value in the higher half of the range for this skill. You can select the same twice to get a value in the highest quarter.

They all get a value in the upper half of the range. Period. This is true regardless of whether they are listed first, second or fifth. They will still be in the upper half of the range. No ifs or buts.

So it's clear from the English that position doesn't matter.
