I can't see them cancelling the visa again without it seeming personal and ending up with a full blown diplomatic row. The sad thing about all this is that the access to justice is often at the end of a very large cheque book, so must other people in the same situation would just have gone home.

To your notice, if you ever think/thought of quitting your team please make sure that you team isn't in top coefficient before letting go of it in other to let other nice managers to take over of it.

Although you're a little wide of the mark when it comes to 'most of the vacant teams'. There are in fact a few thousand vacant teams and only a few aren't available. 

Most of them will need some hard graft though ...

Yep, no worries. I'm sure everyone quitting now will hang on for a few extra seasons to make sure they're not in the top 50 for you. After all, it'd be a crying shame for all of our hard work not to be ruined by you in the space of a season or so.
