Albion Pangasinan Development Plan and Goals to Season 50

1. Introduction

We, at Albion Pangasinan are proud to present this for the better Philippine football. After we made the goal for the former Dynamo to get promoted for the first time, the next goal will be revolutionary! Albion Pangasinan FC, DeuceSystems Inc., Hierjel Inc., Sarga Park management, and our sponsors are proud to present this.

2. Objectives

• To finish in 7th after Season 41, and climb to the top and beat Holy Flora for the championship in the succeeding seasons.
• To win at least 12 games out of 36
• To sign better goalkeeper and Filipino midfields and forwards.
• To place Albion Pangasinan into continental stage again.

3. Past History

• The Albion Pangasinan won the league 6 times, and the cup 6 times
• In the past 5 seasons, the team got 2nd in two seasons in a row, then 3rd, 5th, and last season is 8th.

4. Present Situation

• The Team lacks of goalkeeper. The team needs more Filipino players.
• The U21 team lost against Naga Dragons in the Youth Cup, the team was forced to close due to only 9 U21 players left.
• Need to sell slightly weak foreign players to be able to get good players.

5. Development

• The Albion Pangasinan will upgrade some of the facilities, let the players train more, youths will encourage to play for the team, and the sellout of players not needed.
• The team will also buy very weak players with the age of over 30 to be part of the staff members.
• Play more friendlies to develop players
• Hunt players from any of Philippine Clubs
• Earn as much as $30M without selling players
• No transfer for Season 44

6. Future Projections

• Albion will be back in continental championships by Season 43
• Will win more than 14 matches by Season 42
• Will advance into semis of the Cup by Season 43

Yeah go Naga Dragons. But i bought two Nice players of the club before you arrived these.

They helped me in the u21 cup so thank the former manager for selling those. 

But otherwise good Luck.

Naga Dragons will grow at the slow and steady pace of does now. 

Main priority is delivering good players for the first team and a steady income from matches and transfers(without selling the best ones)

@Garfman Nah, the system did. We have only 9 U21 players, minimum is 10 so we will wait for next transfer window or wait for new youth player.

Next stop... Mecauayan, Bulacan to face against Mecauayan FC... Then we'll go to Flora Stadium in Manila to face Holy Flora (Yeah I know that we'll lose but we will try to upset them). After that, we'll go home at Sarga Park to face FC Champions, who are travelling from Makati City. We will wrap up Round 1 of this league with visiting Manila FC in their home grounds.

This is an amazing feat of our young squad.

We are still in building phase and even after many trades are still competitive in out league.

We are very happy and realize we probably finish 3rd at the end of this season but will fight for it

So far, the season in league has been going quite decently. No major slip ups, mostly decent results, and a second place as a result. Hoping to hold on to this spot, but I can see that competition is fierce. Also realizing that perhaps a step back is needed to make several steps forward. As things stand, we're not going to beat Holy Flora, not with YC10 forwards and defenders. We cannot rely solely on one worldclass midfielder. A midfielder who will start dropping in level soon, as well.

Historic victory for Garfman FC: today we gained our first victory in the group phase of the Asian League by beating Xiangyang Roma from Tajikistan 2-1. Hopefully we can build from here, and gather more valuable points for the Philippines.
