Shielding might be good to a dirty player who has significant duelling skill. I guess a DM with this combination would earn your team some extra free kicks and with a set pieces specialist in your team you might score unexpectedly sometimes. Just a theory tho, I haven't tried this yet.
Tournament player
Plays better in tournament matches but slightly worse in other matches (league, friendly, interlands and qualifications). The bonus is twice (and adds to) the home advantage, the penalty is only equal to the home advantage.
So what is this home advantage really? 0.15-0.2 to all trainable skills? Or less than that?

Just to point out, I haven't seen a single player in RS with the special attribute "Leader."

Probably better than Versatile for Midfielders. Might be useful on defenders, but they need to move up the field to make use of it."
i would definitely add ++ to LF, S and RF and maybe only one + for any other position. it is a striker´s attribute. the must have in my opinion

I wonder what the penalty is for a Winger when he is a central position. Is it equal to the bonus given when he is on the wing or lower?
I always assumed it's the same, just minus on all those skills mentioned in description.

Has someone try to train Wing for a LF or RF? Together with maximum fixed skill Speed, a born Short and a trainable Dribbler it can make a real Usain Bolt of rocking, but I wonder if this should give some benefits...anyway, what do you think about Wing for a LF or RF?
