It would be a nice feature if you were allowed to do this with 2 Construction Managers.
This is a very interesting situation. I think it's definitely a bug. This is the first time I've seen such a thing. this error must be corrected immediately. it would be unfair to other coaches.

but if its a bug, not his fault, let him finnish that buildings .
