do you think its good idea to make a striker of him?
He has no born special attributes so you can make him for any position you need. With speed 5.0 you can add him 1 ball of it after he is 21 or 22(where value degradation will start). Maybe because of age i would prefer defender or keeper.
no keeper, he has the biggest talent i ever had from youth academy....what role is more important in the game?

A very good goalkeeper with 10 bad players can get you very far. Looks at SC Assen in my division
i dont wanrt to make him a goalkeeper, first very talented youth from academy :(
@Cheese making him a goalkeeper would be good for you, you club and for the players development. in the coming seasons you would understand.

Keeper would be most sensible. This means that your SuperTalent will be useful for 10 more seasons that fieldplayer would be.
Also, good keeper could win you some games where you are definite underdog.
For example I did win last year cup, thanks to great luck. But great luck was only available because I had great goalkeeper.
With lousy keeper and ST-striker I wouldn´t achieved that.
ok...i made him a GK...now i hope he get real strong...should i train him only in blocks?
Well done. With patience he will be an asset for you. Yes, blocking only and 1.5 tactics so he stays in net. Nobody needs a wandering goalkeeper!
what's the best special attributes i can train a player with?....one for each role...is xp well spent or is best to train major role skill?
Most of keepers in game have trained Penalty stopper and Setting walls.
Central defenders - Man marker and Correct, same for defensive mids. Wing defenders have mostly Winger. Corner stopper is also widely used for defenders
Midfielders (non-defensive) - Playmaker is "must be", some train "Winger", but none of those mids is absolute top class. Another quite common attribute in that line is Set Pieces specialist, but typically not on every mid.
Forwards - Long shots is most common, Poacher and Sharpshooter are maybe next, one of forwards should have also Penalty specialist.
Several attributes are widely used on several positions, but best way is to research players of absolute world top teams- they can't do it very wrong. Surely pay attention that some born attributes show where to use this player: Selfish to forward and Team player to mid. Agressive players go mostly to wing defenders.

I always have both forwards with Penalty Specialist. Lost too many penalty shootouts!
