Does what it says. You get a drop-down list where you can choose a player from your team and the server copies the attributes of your player and sets them as the parameters for the player search in the scouts office (rough limits, say within 2-3 years of the players age and within one "ball" of its attributes).
you can do that yourself too. bit lazy ? :)
