If you see a player in a team that you are interested in you can make a transfer enquiry. The club will receive a message in which they are asked if they want to put their player on the tranferlist.
If the club agrees to put their player on the transferlist, your initial offer will automatically become the asking price. Other players can now also make bids on this player for 24 hours.
If you want to make a transfer enquire to a bot team you should read the tips on the tranfer enquiry page to be able to estimate whether there's a chance the bot team will want to sell their player.
If you initiate a transfer with a bot team you will always be considered as if you have the highest bid. This gives you a higher chance to win while not needing to bid a lot of money.
