Continental Teams And "World Trophy" (1)
A vote would be first held to determine which manager gets to manage the "continental" team.(ie. "Europe";"Asia" etc.)After that the managers will be given time to select their players to make a squad of players from the countries within their respective continents and will face each other in a league where the teams face each other twice,after which the playoffs and finals are held.
To avoid problems of fatigue and fixture congestion,this tournament could be held at the end of the season,using the 'Test Match' condition.
For those who think it's a waste of time and collusion can take place,no monetary benefits will be provided to the team(that would make no sense anyways),the manager cannot have two consecutive terms and the teams are disbanded after the end of the tournament.
These paramenters are obiously not concrete and can be tweaked according to requirements.
I feel that this would make the game more exciting and I feel that other managers would be genuinely intrested to see this happen.
