I hope that Next they will punish teams which is working with minus balance on their account, which is technicaly - they don't pay salary to the them.

It'll change a bit, but nowhere near as much as club competition. This is because NT GKs drop off the shortlist in their forties. However, it's now likely fewer of them who will make it to their mid-forties.
National teams shortlists will got updated 4x times in season, so - you will have someone who can stand in the box. Maybe he will not be so good, but replacement is guarenteed.
How it its possible that ih the Italian Premier League, only two of my goalkeepers retire,even though there are older than my goalkeepers?
Other managers paid on right time to mafia who protect them.
