i conclude that works most of the time , and to have high talent is good . but we not lost on other attributes ? :/ is better, is worth?! your opinion?

How have you ? why? I only had one ´super talent` ( 4.7 lagares spanish NT :) ) at level 6. normal?

all my level 8 players need 1 or 2 fixed training to become ´reasonable`?.

I always go generally one tactic as first and whatever the most important attribute is for the position as second, so midfield/defender talent/power, forward/keeper talent/speed

Yes definetely worth, becasuse any other fixed skills can be trained, but talent is not. And talent determined the daily XP, the player gets. (and of course the level of the traing center)

I disagree with MacikaG .2/.3 talent is sometimes not as great as 2 more balls in a certain fixed skill. You will probably never train every single player you find in the youth centre, so higher fixed skills is important. I find high fixed stat in their prerequisite skill more important than a little more talent, since the training takes days away from another player and also xp.

actually takes a long time train at fixed skills. I understand this delay if not prevent us from develop on another fixed skill simultaneous. is so painful :/
and some players 'get lost' ... but it's good on one hand, forces us to sell some youngsters earlier and other weaker benefit. I think it's even good measure.

I'm still in analysis. I'm still not sure what is best.

I agree with Macika.Talent is the most important.If you got 4.2 talent over 3.7 and example training complex of 7(like sir alex),that is 2184 more experience/year,throughout of his career lets say 15 spend at you club that is 32760 more experience gained than the 3.7 talented player,that is a lot.So i would go for talent over power or speed. And you will sell a player a lot easier of 4.2 with a bit weaker fix features than a 3.7 talented player with a bit better fix features.
