Poacher / Longshot on corner kick (18)
Can someone confirm that poacher and longshot don't work when a player recieves a cross from a corner kick?
Long shot doesn't work, that was confirmed some time ago by Vincent himself.
dueling + scoring together works .. pocher also
Do you mind if I ask how do you know that Poacher works on corner kicks?
Has Vincent said this anywhere or are you basing it on some statistical evidence?
In my mind if Longshots doesn't work in corner situations then that calls into question how the other specials work.
I know better than Vincent or anyone else. in corner situations, players use scoring+ dueling, and few specials, included poacher, agressive, tall. It may be random if u have not such a players. But if u know unwritted manual, like I do, its easy to create corner specialistt, who scores many goals. Dont be surprised when you see poacher defs with little scoring in top teams soon

Naturally you know more than Vincent, he is "just" creator of this game, what does he know about it? It would be best if Vincent would move aside and let you continue working on this game instead. May I even speak to you almighty Awful?
im telling the truth, Vincent rarely talks about game secrets.
one more thing.. for corner crosses , winger + set pieces specialist are better than playmakers . and visualisation isnt correct in corner situations.. players that stand near p area, mostly wb , using same penalty area skills and bonuses

It is actually quite boring that you hijack every topic with meaningless, non-constructive and misleading comments.
It is called trolling in some sence and I don´t appreciate it as it has a tendency to kill the actual topic.
So if you really care about the game and new users you should perhaps take a step back and stop these type comments bringing absolutely no value what so ever.

Awful, you are obviously quite knowledgeable about the game. I just don't understand why you don't wish to contribute in a more constructive manner.
Quoting "facts" about the game needs to be backed up with some kind of evidence. The reason you gave - knowing better than Vincent - makes absolutely no sense and just alienates people.
I have searched for something written from Vincent about this before. I can’t find anything.
However, my sense is that longshots does not work on corners. I can’t prove this categorically but my opinion is based on my own observations of watching my own and other players in many games over a number of seasons.
If someone can find the post from Vincent, it would end this discussion categorically.
Haha somebody has problem of split personality. Now he is thinking he was one of co-developers with Vincent and made some code that Vincent never noticed. Tomorrow he will say he is Napoleon.
At least he can make now me 10 diferent answers and give like to every of them so reaching closer to his mission.
If you don't want your comments to be referred to as "trolling" then it's probably a good idea to stop trolling.
