People give their time for free to keep the game clean so that everyone can benefit. That means we have to let them do their job. It's the same for everyone.

Please remember that we are all volunteers here, who have jobs and other activities besides playing this game. We are, however, all doing our utmost to review transfers as quickly as possible.

That's maybe why searching for more admins doesn't seem like a bad idea if there's enough qualified people who want to do it. If nothing else is currently being developed about the game past fixing the most obvious bugs, at least the user experience can be made a bit better.

Admins are not the problem, we have enough admins. The problem is actually the volume of transfers that needs to be approved. A huge portion of the transfers, like those below market value, should be automatically approved. If a such a system could be implemented, it would make our work as reviewers a lot easier.

Another thing that might be useful is to make a summary of the current queue details available on the transfer pages - or even where their particular player is on the queue. 

Something like: 

• There are currently 543 players waiting for review and the player at top of the queue has been waiting for 6 hours and 23 minutes. 

It won't solve the problem and make the queue go any faster, but most people don't mind waiting if they understand more about the queue. More information is the key to keeping the users happy.
