Assessing Liverpool's team is quite difficult, I reckon. He has a very strong spine through his team and fills the rest with youngsters. Obviously he is very difficult to score against. In this case the keeper Arsehole, sorry R Sole, had a blinder and was man of the match. That, I think, was the key.
Yes, what is it with the keepers in the English top flight?
Besides R Sole, the name of Kezza's keeper is eye watering.

They make a fine pair, and no doubt are the poster boys for the politically correct ... but lets's not go there.
A good job R Sole isn't a defender. Wouldn't want Hugo playing behind him.

Into the CL semi finals. Had a bit of luck with the draw and managed to avoid the big guns in the knockout rounds. That’s now impossible as there’s only big guns left (and me) now. This all means I’ll need some luck on the pitch now. In reality, this will be the end of this season’s campaign but I can’t complain about that.
Jeepers, if you're not a big gun, what are we? Probably pea shooters.
At least you've helped improve our coefficient a bit.
Lol, all things are relative, I suppose! All I know is that I look at the other three teams in the semis and think that my side is a way off their level of quality. Something to strive for at any rate.

Don't get it. The level of jokes have gone above my intellect. I'm surprised I lasted this long. I do see that the experiment of playing without any CB/DCBs went well though!
Just wanted to clear up something. The Daily Rag has changed its back page coverage away from the normal 'Sir Stephen of Seaburn for England' campaign and instead today focussed on alleged disharmony in the Seaburn ranks, revealing that striker Farrington has been doing a little bit of extra-curricular 'scoring' off the field of play with the wife of Denkova, his Seaburn strike partner. Apparently fights, threats and general promises of retribution were heard coming from the Seaburn dressing room. I just wanted to clarify that in no way whatsoever was it me that leaked the news to the daily rag. No. Never would do something like that. The fact we are playing Seaburn in a cup final in a few days is purely coincidental. Roy was unavailable for comment.

For our first season in English Division 1, we managed to maintain it

This was the main objective with a low cost workforce because we have the infrastructure to improve and not a lot of money
