The defender yes, the forward is quite crap.

His age could definitely be better, but I wasn't expecting the two first players to be much better than lvl 9 players.

Yes is normal that they are more level 9 than level 10 players, but I don't like the forward anyway :D

Why is he listed midfielder if he has twice as much défense exp ?

because his passing is 6 times higher than dueling :D 0.05 and 0.3 is the same that 1 ball dueling and 6 passing, i assume it works that way

Hmm he was born at defender, and very close to be defender again, another dueling training/more defender exp will probably make him that, nevermined, either way I'll make him a midfielder in the end.

Anyway, I wonder if it's possible to get players in first days (let's say 1-2) and if getting them in the last 6.5 days counter is more common than in first 6.5 days counter?

As the earliest one I got (got 6-7) is after 6 days, rest are in the last 6.5 days and half of them (and the one I'll get in the next 41 hours) in the last 3 days.
