don't upgrade your FA/YA further except you already have great finance in place or You still have to save for stadium 11.

Scout office 6, upgrading this will help see more players, even cheap ones to improve your squad.

Museum center, I thought this building was worthless to build, but the high level has proved me wrong. Consider upgrading this if you can't afford scout office.
