Man, what a throwback!  I'm going to FINALLY(about 5 years later) call Valentine the first winner of the USA U-21 cup.  What a great group we had and an active community.  This was also a blast to create and maintain.

Would anyone care to reboot this as a reserve-type league/tournament?  I can make the arrangements again......

I like to think that this was the front-runner to the current U-21 cup but with a better format(World Cup-like!)
