Absolutely. 

If anyone actually wants to buy the game then they'll need to contact Vincent/Sjoerd directly. 

If he can't be bothered to fix the bugs or even acknowledge them then he's hardly likely to respond to or read a thread on the suggestions forum. 

As for the value of the game it's probably worth a lot less than he's probably hoping for.  With bugs not getting fixed and the user base increasingly getting fed up and leaving then it's worth less every day that the game is abandoned. 

My original post was an attempt to make the point that the game is probably worth diddly squat. If he does want to sell it then the quicker the better as any residual value gets eroded by the day. 

A user buyout might be the best option - he did that with another game.
