Keepers are not bad for YC8 products and forwards have some nice potential too. But nothing very special as there was only one ST forward with possible problems- probably Flamurtari didn't had TC10 all that time and he was not pull with very nice age.
Defence is too short at good players but there are at least some decent youngsters coming. But several players are wasted with very high passing and scoring(!!!) What is the point to train scoring over 2 when player has scored only once in his career and gived 0 assists? My defender with scoring 0.31 did same in this season...
And now the worst part- midfield. I find here 0 players thay could be useful to my first club at current moment. Some youngsters can be nice after some training but most of them are useless shit even for Estonian 3.1 League clubs. I remember only one playmaker in whole shortlist and he had roaming which make him worse. There was only one DM with Correct but very poor dueling- some defender would be much better in that position. With such midfield there is no hope that forwards would score as they don't get ball.
Glad hearing these points. Think I should adapt a bit my youth settings and to have a better result on players! Btw, I think Shkumbin Bardici (my player) is a good class for his young age. He could be the sooner-leader of midfield.
Bardici will be MF leader anyway some time until there comes new good supertalent which may take more than his career. There is about 10 clubs which pull Albanians from good enough YCs and most of them are from other leagues so their best pulls can be easily domestic ones. Most of domestic clubs are not with good enough facilities.

Kartallozi* is #1 but Galica* and Hajdini* should both get all their interlands and maybe minutes of qualification matches too.
DEFENDERS
Central:
Nesimi- our current best without being ST. Good example how to train.
Dreshaj- decent one but hopefully not for very long time(not bad player but he's average one, just in Albania good enough). Survives this quali.
Kutishi- not ST but promising
Latifi- Lazy is not trustworthy skill and his tactics is quite low for defender
Dosti*- ST so should fit in :D
Marishta- surely not first choice but may fill empty spot
Zagreda*- has chances but surely weaker ST than Dosti
Sulejmani- probably not good enough as older and weaker(low power) and missed many games
Wingers:
Agani- nice winger but staying old
Bardhi- meh...it's our sad reality that player with talent 4.85 will be in first team
Tzeka- can be selected too
Mishaxhi- has chances
???
Haliti- without any special attributes he will not be worth NT spot
Strakosha- currently i don't see him in NT
Isai- definitely no!
Syla- potentially gets interlands but for more specialities needed
Kursumulu- needs some specification and trainings to belong somewhere
MIDS
Defensive:
Tzeka- not my taste of DMs as too few dueling
Vllasi- similar to Tzeka but has Man Marker
Attacking:
Simaku*- our best choice atm
Celaj- normally he should not be in NT but if there is no better choices...
Corbajram- not his fan too but -------"----------
Demisovski*- looks interesting, young and ST having specialities
Bardici*- his best times are over
Bizi- another example of our limited choices
Smajlaj- his bonus is Team Player. More Tactics and one ball of speed would be nice too.
???
Duka- not enough dueling for DM and too much dueling wasted for AM. No trained specialities. I don't know where to use this.
edit: after Playmaker he has some chances but surely not our best choices
Januzaj- i don't believe that winger on mid is good idea at all and league stats will prove it.
Hasangjekaj- another proof that winger mids don't give enough assists
Forwards: many decent youngsters are in shortlist
Kolonja*- at 22 is our #1
Halii- is staying old
Isufaj- is OK and quite young too
Boja- OK
Nesimi- OK too but older
Gozhita-
Hajdari- selfish is bonus

Lazami*-
At least shortlist looks much better than year ago. Players are trained better way and young prospects are coming.
From former list of prospects some are in shortlist and some are disappeared
My own players: Dosti had recently his NT debut and other then-listed were not very special anyway
Korwin: Carcani has been shadowed by supertalents and Haliti is in list but need some work
Bardhi is in NT and Syla is in list too
Aliti* is sadly lost for NT. Just WTF...how can ST become to such poor player???
Latifi is in shortlist
Petrela is dead and Hyseni* has developed too slowly for ST.
Plugi Trojki players were not very good and one of them is in bot now.
Statistically we would deserve at least a goal. Our players are 2 stars weaker than world cup 4th team and that counted- we didn't score from our moments.
