Good question... The U21 league matches will start next season.
To bad. I only have 9 players U21. (Just fired two boys)
I think it is few useful in this time,because some youger player will more stronger than older player,so we will take them into the normal match list.And the U21 friendlies also need 1 credit,but we are not have surplus credit

Go to : My matches => friendlies. In the selection menu next to the time selection, there is an option to select your u21 team.
Do U21 friendlies have there own 'counting'? Or do they count up with the regular friendlies?
A young player can play 6 friendlies for XP either U21 that give a little less XP or normal friendlies, so no "own counting".
I have a u 21 team now. What will happen if i have only 9 u21 players? Will it be removed?
Will a U21 friendly cost 1 "friendly-credtit"? =)

If you ever fail to send 7 players to an U21 match your U21 team will automatically be disbanded. If that doesn't happen you can keep the team. If you have exactly 7 though and 1 is injured when you have a match you'd lose the team and wouldn't be able to get it back before you have 10 youths again.
